Help clients close the gap between authority and access.

You have seen it: the documents are in order, the people are named, and still nobody can get in. Safe As Houses is the part that makes the access your instruments assume actually exist.

A perfectly drafted trust cannot reset an MFA token.

Legal authority and system access are two different things, and only one of them is written down. An executor can hold every document a court could ask for and still be stopped by a six digit code sent to a phone nobody can unlock.

That gap is not a drafting problem, so it cannot be drafted away. It is an operational one, and it is closed by documenting the pathways in advance: who acts, in what order, with which materials, held where.

The distinction
Authority is granted.
A will, a trust, or a power of attorney names who may act and establishes that they are entitled to.
Access is executed.
Someone sits down at a screen and proves they are permitted, to a system that has never heard of the document.
Continuity is both.
Authority without an operational pathway is potential. A playbook is what makes it executable.

The professionals we work alongside

We are brought in by the people already advising a household, usually at the moment the digital side of an estate turns out to be unmapped.

Estate planning attorneys

You draft the authority. We make sure the systems that authority points at will actually open for the person holding it.

Wealth advisors and financial planners

You already ask where the assets are. This is the same question applied to the accounts, devices, and credentials those assets sit behind.

Family office managers

Several households, several sets of systems, and no consistent record of who can reach what. We build that record.

Trustees and executors

You are expected to act, often with no map and no way in. We produce the map before it is needed, and the procedure for using it.

How we work with your clients

Simply. Your client works with us one to one, and we can help them work with you.

1

It starts with a conversation

A free 15-minute call, then sessions, in person or on a video call, at your client's own pace. A first session is 90 minutes, for $375, and more help after that is $250 an hour.

2

We set up the access your documents assume

Working on their own phone and computer, with us guiding: legacy contacts on their Apple and Google accounts, a recovery contact who can help them back in, and backup codes they keep themselves. They make every change, and we never ask for a password or code.

3

We can help them work with you

If your client wants you involved, we help them tell you what your file needs, such as which of their accounts now have a legacy contact, so what you have drafted and how their accounts are set up say the same thing.

The test a plan has to pass
If your client loses their phone, their primary email, and their password manager on the same day, can the person you named still determine the next action?

A plan is not finished until every recovery path ends somewhere the emergency itself has not taken away. Most improvised arrangements fail this quietly: the instructions live in the email account, or the codes live in the password manager, or the one person who knows is the person who is unavailable. We treat it as the completion gate, not as a nice result.

Where we stop, in writing

We are the technical steward of the system, and only that. It matters to you, because it determines what your client is exposed to by working with us.

We never hold the materials

No passwords, no recovery codes, no seed phrases, not at any point. If a client asks us to keep them, the answer is no, and we help them choose a proper custodian instead: their own safe, your firm, or a professional fiduciary.

We do not replace your advice

We do not draft, interpret, or opine on instruments. We work from the authority you have established and make the systems match it.

Nothing is installed or watched

No software on their devices, no standing access to their accounts, and no connection left running when an engagement ends.

Bring us the situation you are working through.

Tell us about the client circumstance in front of you. We will come back with how we would approach it and where the edges of our work sit, whether or not it turns into an engagement.
